What to expect, and when

From your first click to your child's first proper session — here's how the days unfold.

Day 1

You book the free demo

Fill out a 2-minute form — name, grade, subjects, goals. That's it. We take it from there.

Day 1–2

We match & confirm a tutor

Our coordinators review your child's profile and assign a tutor. You receive a confirmation with the tutor's profile and the scheduled demo time.

Week 1

Diagnostic + Demo session

In a single session, the tutor runs the diagnostic and conducts the demo class. You get a complete picture of where your child stands and how we teach.

Week 1–2

Decision & plan confirmed

If everyone's happy, your term plan is confirmed and regular sessions begin. If not, we rematch immediately — new tutor, same diagnostic data, no delays.

Week 2 onwards

Consistent learning begins

Weekly sessions, fortnightly reports, and regular progress updates to track every milestone. Progress becomes visible within 4–6 weeks for most students.

If your child is rematched with a new tutor, the full diagnostic report is securely passed over. Your child will never have to sit a skills test twice — we pick up exactly where we left off.

If the demo doesn't feel right — for any reason — we rematch at no cost, no questions asked. The right tutor match is the single biggest predictor of academic progress, so we never leave it to chance.
